Is there any parameter in PSO or any app param in FSM which will disable the PSO user if they are not using the system for a period of time?

Hi Nitesh,
you have to either set the FSM person records to “inactive” or remove the “PSO System User” flag to get the user disabled in PSO (only applies if the user was created through FSM-PSO Integration!).
