Hi,

I have activities that are unallocated in PSO that have been sent from IFS Cloud (24R2).

When checking the explanations, I am receiving the following message as an example for an activity.

"Activity 158727 cannot be scheduled. The activity is only available outside of the scheduling window."

Where can I determine the scheduling window or configure it so it can be allocated to a resource?

Best,

Anthony

Can you select the Activity tab for your specific activity?

The scheduling window is defined in IFS Cloud on the Scheduling Dataset, also this button…

...will show you the scheduling horizon. Your activity may be constrained by an SLA or an Availability Pattern.

Thanks @Alexander Heinze

My activities do not show any value under Availabilities.

But I do have the Earliest Start Date and Latest Finish Date on the originating Work Task. No availability pattern set on the work task.

My scheduling window is showing OK. Monday to Friday are the shifts for the resources.

Best,

Anthony

Your first screenshot is a little truncated, however it looks like you don’t have an SLA tab. The absence of an SLA would explain why the activity doesn’t get scheduled. Check IFS Cloud - Scheduling demystified (24R2) | IFS Community to understand where the SLA comes from. When using work tasks, the SLA type comes either from the contract or from the default settings on the Scheduling Dataset.
