PSO Tasks Goes Unallocated after being booked

Hi Team,

i have encountered a strange behaviour in pso where tasks goes booked and then suddenly goes unallocated i checked with gant chart and found that technician has 3 capacity still it doesnt accept task, has anyone noticed same issue.
