You can assign resources to groups and divisions and then you can select specific divisions and extract based on that.

Can you please share the snap shot of how to extract. I need a report of all resources to whom i have assigned the shift.
example:
User 1 - start time 07:00 am
user 2 - Start time 09:00 am
User 3 - Start time 12:00am
