Is there any possibility to get the PSO Rota extracted.

If “Rota” means the individual shifts, try the example from this post...

...and make sure to put in:

<parameter_value>Shift</parameter_value>

If you just need a one-off, you can also use “Save Schedule” from the workbench and export it as XML.
