Hi,

I am finding when trying to rollback a schedule it can fail.

In the example below I am trying to get 29th Apr (yesterday), but the Schedule Time comes up for May last year.

I am finding sometimes the roll back works fine. In other times I shows me a date from a year ago, but the data in PSO for the plans are as if they’re live.

Any ideas on this, or what to looks at in the events?

Ady

What is the PSO version you are using? Also, can you check the Audit trail for the day and see whether there is any change file received to PSO with the mentioned datetime stamp?

Hi @Sajith Anushan

We’re on 6.14.0.38.

It tends to be rolling back to before a previous Initial Load.

So we perform the initialisation at 00:05. If at 10:00 I want to roll back to 08:00 I have no issues.

Going back to 17:00 the previous day, then I see what I see above. I have always assumed we can use this to rollback to before an initial load.

I have also looked in the Audit Trail and cannot see anything there, same with looking in Events.

Are my assumptions right?

Hi @AdrianEgley

Can you provide data to recreate the problem?

Hi @Aloka Munasinghe ,

I’m happy to raise an Issue if that would help.

I’m using the feature through the same day, so if I want to roll back one hour it’s fine.

If I go back to a previous day that’s when I run into issues.

If you think this is something better to be raised I can do that, but in most part it was a general query looking at rolling schedules back.
