Hi,

To restrict the view of tasks and person in FSM we are using Access Groups. If a user has Access Group "X", they can only see the tasks and person with that access group. If a user doesn't have any Access Group they can see all tasks and person.

In PSO, we use Object Groups to achieve the same behavior. We expected that a user who has no object group defined should be able to see all tasks and persons. However, this is not the behavior that is happening in the PSO.

Can someone clarify the behavior of object groups please?

Hi AccAnaanS,

In PSO a user will only be able to see information for groups that they are a member of, as well as any information that is ungrouped. If a user is not a member of any groups they will only see the data that is not attached to any group. To see all data, a user would need to be a member of all groups.

Cheers, Tom
