Activities are planned within sla lunch in stead of sla appointement?

What’s the meaning of sla’s lunch?

I’ve never need to planned an activity with a lunch sla, so why this information appears in this tab?

Which system is sending the data to PSO ?

It looks to me like the SLA for a BREAK class of activity is being included with the SLA for the actual job (activity of class CALL).

Perhaps there has been a misconfiguration in the external application providing the input to PSO ?
