Is there a way to tell what action corresponds to the ID listed in PSO? I am trying to find out what ID 715137 is.

This should correspond to an ID in the input file that is being loaded at the time. Can you find that file?
You can check this also in the PSO Archive Workspace. There should be an Audit Trail for this.
