Issue:- PSO/DS Workbench Map View looks empty. Only resources are visible so what could be the issue.
XYZ/Bing Map controls for Silverlight is no longer supported by Microsoft. That’s why this behavior is seen.
You need to move to Track 6 and use HTML client of workbench.
