Hi,

I want to perform cyclic scheduling for certain activities in IFS Cloud.

While setting up the scheduling dataset, I can see cyclic value in the process type of the input reference. However, the scheduling document states that it is not supported in the current version, and I am also unable to find the fields related to RAM_Modelling_Pattern.

Which version of IFS Cloud supports cyclic scheduling?
or

Is there any way I can perform cyclic scheduling? For example, I want to deliver materials to customers based on cycles. How can I create an activity for a customer, assign it to the same resource for all cycles, and ensure the materials are delivered.

IFS Cloud does not support cyclic scheduling at the moment and I’m not aware of any mid-term roadmap plans. Only workaround would be to create a cyclic schedule directly in PSO and import the relevant bits (e.g., delivery day, resource) back into IFS Cloud, but that’s a rather clunky procedure.

Can you create an idea and describe the use case and business benefit so that R&D can consider this for roadmap planning?
