PSO - ARP datetime not matching Scheduling DB dates

Hi Everyone,

I need some help looking into an issue I’m running into. Basically the times that are in the ARP (Skill availabilities) are not matching the times in the scheduling DB when looking at the resource.

ARP Resources shows the following:

 

**After a RAM Update**

 

Scheduling » Resources » Resource shows

 

The Skill Availabilities are being passed to PSO via integration, and the date im passing is in UTC time, no offset.

Its important to note that some availability patterns show the correct time, such as just a regular day availability

Any help I can get is much appreciated.

Hi George, is it because of the timezone you are viewing the workbench in ?

I notice the skill availabilities are shifted 9 hours ahead so are you viewing the schedule in UTC +9 ?
