Hi

in the Appointement booking screen, I see the Slots only in the top of the screen.
It seems that the main part of the screen is not used 
Why we don’t use the whole screen to display the slots ?

Note that Appointment booking screen is not supported anymore. We are keeping the screen little longer because couple of customers are using it, but not accepting bugs. It is expected that UI experience for appointment booking is provided outside of PSO as it should.

Please could you tell me a document where is displayed that we have to use an appointement booking outside of PSO ?

In the Release note : what is the document that described this recommendation ?
And a description of an architecture that we have to use as a best practice.
Do you have example of UI Experience made by IFS ?  especially for demo features  ?

Best practice flow is available in Scheduling Concepts - Appointment Booking document, in page 9. 

In Operational Scenario Visualizer (OSV) in Simulation workspace, there is an appointment booking portal available for demo purpose.
