Hi All,

Facing an issue with  “activity availabilities” in dataset. In my data load  All activates have one month SLA period ex:01-11-2022 /30-11-22.It suppose to  show availability of the activities for  whole month However in my case it was  created for only one day (the date which I load the data to PSO) and start base “true” for all activities .Could please  any one help me on this why it was created availabilities only for one day ?

The availability tab usually shows the intersection of all of the following.

If you only need to see the Activity SLA please unselect the rest.

Hi Durga,

To further Dayan’s point above. The most likely limiting factor here is the activity or appointment availability. I would suggest looking at the loadfile to see all availabilities assigned to this activity in particular.

 

Which system is sending these activities? FSM?
