Hi,
Is there any way possible in PSO to restrict the scheduling of a specific Activity_type and its corresponding Activity? Currently, we need to exclude a particular activity_type and its associated Activity from the LOAD file, but manually removing activity_type ,activity tags and their associated tags from LOAD file is proving to be quite challenging.

You can set the Activity_Status of those activities to Do Not Schedule.

Then you need to stop sending them to PSO. What is the External Application PSO is integrated with?

From PSO, you cannot specify these activity types should be scheduled and these are not unless it is indicated in input data. That means it should be handled in FSM.

If you don’t want to show those activities in any screen in PSO, why do you need to send them to PSO at first place and handle within PSO?

Why do you want to do this from the PSO side? I would follow the guidance of @Sajith Anushan in your case. Another option could be to set the base value to 0 of such activities.
