I would like to know, if it is possible to fill the pre-posting in service request automatically with fixed values due to the user, who creates the service request.

Are you referring to work orders or requests? Any maybe you can share a screenshot and details of what you would like to default?

the idea is, that the 3 fields in pre posting are filled always automatically with fix values, based on the creator of the service request.
