How do you specify a time for a PM WO to be generated? All are occurring at 12:00AM. I would like some to occur at a different time, such as 6:00PM.

As this post is posted under FSM section hope this refers to the FSM PM creation though you have added the tag “IFSAPP10” to the post.
Regarding the PM schedules the normal practice is as bellow.
When creating PM schedule rules for Product PMs, make sure to set the PM Schedule Start Point to either Build Pms starting at Product PM Coverage Start Date or Product PM Coverage End date.
