Pick Up task in service management.

Hi Community.

In the document “what’s new in service management 22r2”, the pick up task process with shipment order is described as screens below :

In the second screen, in “notes”, the assigned resource needs to be connected to a RWH, but I can not find this where I can setup this information.

Can you help me please ?

Thanks for your answer Anmise but it is not a user that I want to connect to a warehouse, it is a resource.

I have already tried the process with a user connected to a RWH but it is not working as well.

It’s only possible to connect it to a user. The user will be linked to a Person, and the person will be a Resource.

So if you look at your Resource, it will be linked to a Person

And if you open that Person, you will see a link to a User.
