Hello,
I am looking for a solution to synchronise the calendar entries from outlook in FSM and PSO.
The main purpose is to store appointments that affect several technicians (for example, training courses) collectively in FSM and PSO. At the moment, I have to enter each appointment individually for each technician in FSM and PSO.

Hi Markus,

Person Calendar Exceptions in FSM should transfer to PSO as a private activity thus blocking out that period of time for the resource in PSO. It may be possible to build an integration from Outlook to FSM so that the person calendar exceptions are created automatically but I’m afraid I can’t help advise on that point.
