Hello All,

Thank you all in advance!

I am trying to add Approval routing to the Assignments tab (JtExecutionInstance) in a Request Work Task.  I have successfully done this on the Request Work Task (JtTask) however the approvals will not show on the assignments.

 

I have refreshed the cache multiple times and still does not work.  Is there a separate configuration I am missing? The MediaLibrary, Eventlog etc do not show either.  I don’t need those but they are part of the Default Definition which makes me think I missed something.

 

 

 

 

I may be wrong, but I have only seen Attachment Panel>Approval displayed for the main entity of the page. In your case however the page is based on JtTask. If there would be a drilldown from JtTask to JtExecutionInstance, I would expect Approvals to be displayed there.

Silly oversight on my part. You access the object connections through the paperclip and not the down carrot.  This is my something new I learned today :-)
