Hi!!

 

I’m trying to configure PSO for an environment. when i finish the configuration wizard the below exception comes. Anybody had this before and any idea how i can resolve this?

Are the environments open to the internet, so IFS Cloud can reach PSO? Make sure this is the case.

Had it before and somewhere there was a technical thingy that wasn't set up correctly. Opened up to the ‘world wide’ internet, and it worked.

Thanks a lot for the quick response and help. We have opened the pso server and now it seems we are one step closer but getting below error - 400 BAD request

any idea what could be the reason for this.

Hi!

Try to open the debug console / log window when running the configuration assistant. Eventually this will show more information on the error.
