Not able to find Parent organization field in IFS

Hello,

It looks like you need to add data in Human Capital Management > HCM Services > Organization Management > Organization Definition > Organization Units.

The same I have tried but in red colour parent organization is showing so without it we can not continue futher. 

So my question was from where parent organization can be found in IFS cloud

Try to save the record with the parent organization blank. Then in the pop-up, check and see if the LOV has been populated with a “*”.

Attached is the screen shot , No LOV and neither * is coming .

Try to type a * in the field an see if that works?

Tried that also nothing comes .

@HDZRISHABH Are you able to create an entry with * as parent in IEE?

IEE is IFS Enterprise Explorer. It is the interface that pre-dates Aurena but is still available in Apps 10.

I have the same problem in IFS Cloud. I cannot add a record without a parent org and i can’t add the parent without a parent of its own! Stuck in a loop.

Please Help.

The usual “*” does not work.

@Russell.lyon Are you still having this issue? Have you tried in IEE?
