Hi,

What is the ‘standard’ NGSM Archiving process once a Service Request has been Completed? Is it a case of moving it to Closed (assuming the tasks are Finished) and that’s it’s final state, or is there an Archiving process that can occur after this? 

Are there any DB Task relating to this process?
