Dear Experts,

Customer is blocked from attaching Mobile attachments due to its cyber security (F5 level). 
Can anyone advice me on the File attachment parameters on clearing this blocking issue so that the customer can update their WAF policy?

As the customer provided the error messages due to blocking of the attachments are as follows,

I would have thought it would be a case of white listing the mobile service so that the WAF allows all traffic from that service through.

Anything more specific would rely on the specific infrastructure and WAF that the customer is using which is something that should not be discusses here. Specifics would have to come via a support case to R&D if necessary.
