Hi all,

Is there a way to create or manipulate a Scheduling Type (SLA) for a Work Task? I know that the default Scheduling Type comes from what is configured in the Scheduling Type, Scheduling Activity Type screens and set in the Scheduling Dataset. We’re looking for a way to somehow either override the existing Work Task Scheduling Type or create a new one and be able to set a Start and End date for it -- all this without having to use Contracts.

Thanks!

It can't currently happen without contracts. That's slated for either 24R1 or 24R2

@lamaus Thanks for the response. Would this currently be possible through customization by any chance?

Are you using Work Orders or Requests? For Requests, this will be possible in 23R2.

@anmise We are using Work Orders.

@anmise We are using Work Orders.

Then your options are to either use contracts (even if not really relevant) or to customize.
