A Customer has a requirement to display '🔒' if PSO Gantt ( in Task tile) for certain condition. We would like to check if UTF8 is allowed and is being supported in FSM/PSO DB to fulfill this requirement.
The customer is on Product Version: 6.11.0.5

I found this in the Installation Guide -Â
Oracle and IFS recommend using the Unicode-compliant AL32UTF8 character set. If you choose to use the US7ASCII character set, Asian or European accented characters are not supported.
