  1. Are there any instruction documents released by IFS for FSM app environment cloning? That includes best practices, steps, tips if DB is larger etc.
  2. And Is there possibility to only copy all configurations and anonymize sensitive data (i.e to be in compliant with GDPR act).

By “lower environment” you mean copying from Prod to Dev/Test, correct?

We provide a script for removing demo data for copying from Dev/Test to Prod, but there is no specific upport for copying in the other direction.   For copying only configurations use the Package Deployment tool.

Thank you Jon. Would you mind please sharing the script used for removing from DEv/test DEV/TEsT to prod cline?

And do we have any document to guide with instructions, best practices, pre & post checks for environment cloning activity?

@Dhanushki Pahathkumbure  You can find it in the FSM installer, path as follows

<Installer File>\DatabaseData\Azure\FSM6_Truncation.zip

The attached file originated as informal directions to customers for how to create a database backup to provide to IFS with which to refresh our local customer environments.  It was expanded to discuss the various data elements that need to be checked when refreshing lower environments to ensure email communications, integrations, file locations, etc. are not utilized in error.
