I’m reaching out regarding a scenario we're encountering in IFS Apps 10 with PSO.

We often have situations where engineers are unable to complete work tasks for various reasons. As per the standard process, these work assignments are marked as incomplete. Our goal is to reuse these incomplete work tasks for an engineer to perform a return trip without creating a new one.

Currently, our approach involves adding a new resource demand line to generate a new allocation in PSO. However, this method creates a problem: the new allocation becomes a co-requisite of the previous one and thus cannot be scheduled by PSO.

I’m looking for suggestions or best practices on how to handle this scenario more effectively, ensuring that we can schedule and manage return trips for incomplete tasks smoothly.
