Can I install more than a single FSM Customer Portal. I have different requirements from different customers.
Some need to add notes and others are restricted, also I’d like to offere different home branding to different customers as they are greeted by the home page.
In short, different branding and different requirements by different customers. This is to be managed by a different instance of FSM Customer Portal being installed, and so each customer will have their own URL?
Any guidance or support on this?

Hi Angelo,
technically it should be possible to install more than one Customer Portal on a single Server as long as you are using two different Virtual Directory Names. This can be configured via the Installer:
I also would recommend to use two separate Application Pools. This will ensure that each Customer Portal gets it’s own dedicated worker process on the Server.

“I’d like to offere different home branding to different customers as they are greeted by the home page” - As far as I understand you can only have one global custom theme per Customer Portal, which would require you to install additional Portals for different Themes.
