Like in FSM 6 do we have the same Import Export feature in IFS CLOUD as well, or is there any other way to import the person, shifts etc. to the IFS CLOUD?

One option would be the integration APIs (24R2 introduced several purpose-built APIs for scheduling-related data), another option is the Excel Add-in (IFS Excel Add-in - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud).
