FSM Webclient does not have the feature for import / export. Unfortunately because of cybersecurity reasons, users cannot be given access to smart client.
Is there an alternative to handle import feature via Webclient.
Also, is there any roadmap as when will this feature be added as part of future releases?

Currently web client doesn’t have import / export feature but this has already been suggested to RnD as an enhancement request
