I am trying to create a break that appears as white space between the green-colored shifts in the shift templates, but I cannot find it in the resource planner. Please can anyone explain the reason.

+23My guess is that since explicit breaks are treated the same way as “normal” (call) activities, you will only see them in the Gantt once they are processed by the DSE. Btw, any reason why you are not using implicit breaks? Product Development strongly recommends the use of implicit breaks as they improve
the performance of the system.
