Hi All,
We are currently configuring a basic FSM Service Management setup in our 25.2.4 environment and have run into an issue during mobile initialization.
Scenario:
- Service Request is created successfully
- Transfer a work task to mobile
- When logging into the mobile device/application, it does not get past the initialization phase
We tested this using:
- Active Directory user
- Standard/non-AD user
Has anyone experienced a similar issue in FSM mobile initialization? Any guidance or known fixes would be greatly appreciated.
