Ans:- Here , in the service org. there is no field for maintenance org. / unit , which makes it differ from the older version.
+23Service Org (for Requests) and Maintenance Org (for Work Orders) are completely separate entities, so you will not find a link here.

There ain't any option to add service organization , which differs from the previous one.
FYI:- We are referring course IFS Cloud-service order management (Virtual blended Course)→ Lecture 3.6 Service Organization.
