If I return a serial from a serial object(Service Object) and then try to reinstall the same using a request task, the option we had in work order functionality (Place serial in equipment structure) could not find. Is there a different way to perform this?. How can I again make the serial ‘In operation’? Anyone tried this or has any input please?

The option was not available in the Request Task until now but will be available from 25R1.

In 25R1-NGSM – Request Work Task, I noticed that the option “Place Serial in Equipment Structure” is available. However, this functionality does not appear to be available in the MWO Service Classic version 25.9.2890.0.
Could someone please confirm whether this is expected behavior or assist in enabling this functionality in the Mwo-Classic version?

The possibility to place a serial in a structure from the MWO client is not yet supported. It is however in the roadmap and will be supported in a coming release.
