We have a customer who would like to have the requests searched based on date range and not type.
What is available is:
The greater than and smaller than operators can be used in combination with “+” keyword to combine multiple search criteria.
EG: To search Requests created between 4/21/2022 and 4/23/2022, the following keyword can be used in created date field
{>4/21/2022 12:00 AM+<4/23/2022 12:00 AM}
What customer wants is two different fields and them selecting the dates via a Calendar in Smart Client Advance Search section on Request. Is that option available in FSM or is there a way it can be done?
