How to integrate data from FSM to PSO

I am a beginner with PSO.

I would like to implement data integration from FSM to PSO.

Currently, we are able to generate requests from FSM and dispatch technicians (FSM resources) in PSO (the status becomes “Assigned”). However, resource information and various master data have not been integrated into PSO, which is causing issues.

I assume that unless data integration from FSM to PSO is properly configured, master data will not be synchronized.

I would like to ask for your advice on the following two points:

  • If there are any concrete procedures or operation manuals on how to integrate the master data registered in FSM (such as resources, skills, SLA, etc.) into PSO, could you please share them?

  • I would also appreciate it if you could explain how to transfer data from PSO to MWO.

We are able to transfer data from FSM to Mobile, but we do not know how to transfer data from PSO to Mobile.

The  master data you mentioned (such as resources, skills, SLA, etc.) should sync to PSO automatically, you will find details here:  IFS Cloud - Scheduling demystified (25R2) | IFS Community

If it doesn’t work, please provide more details on the issues you are seeing.

Can you please clarify whether “FSM” means IFS FSM, IFS Cloud FSM, or a custom FSM solution?

    Thank you very much for providing the documentation. I have already started reviewing it.

    I also have a question regarding PSO:
    Is it possible to integrate the master data from FSM into the content of the Planning area in PSO, especially for resources?
    If this is not possible, or if there are any limitations, I would appreciate it if you could let us know.

    We were able to integrate the data for scheduling successfully.

    The document above has a section on modelling schema. IFS Cloud will not send modelling data, however what you can do is reference an existing modelling dataset from the IFS Cloud side. When you then send a load message, the scheduling engine (DSE) will combine your scheduling data from IFS Cloud with modelling data from the ARP. 

    This approach is often a workaround for parameters that cannot yet be maintained in IFS Cloud. It’s also the official approach for some parameters, check in IFS Cloud Service>Scheduling>Basic Data>Modelling Basic Data>Modelling Datasets.

    What exactly would you need to maintain in ARP?
