How to identify whether the Task/activity is auto dispatched by PSO

Hi

Is there any provision or UI field in PSO to identify if the task/activity is dispatched automatically by PSO or manually dispatched by any user in PSO?

The same details can be seen in FSM, differentiating a manual or auto dispatch from PSO rather than simply showing  IFS_PSO as created by?

This will help in identifying the issues related to dispatch at later point of time.

Hi Jagath, if a commit has been made manually this will show on the history tab of the activity details section. If the commit was made on the workbench the user id will be shown in the reason field, the source field will also be set to 1.

So can we consider the source field value other than 1 are always auto dispatched by PSO?
