How to connect Request Contract to a Project?

Hi Sergio, i think there is no option to do this. But i also need this feature.

OK, I assumed that. But, after invoicing: is it possible to connect the invoice to a Project Activity ? I ask because, in my opinion, it doesn’t make sense to connect the costs through Work Order or Work Task and not be able to connect revenues. If you don’t connect all IFS objects you will never know what your project margin is.

As far as i know in 25R1 you cant connect customer order or invoice to project. If it is created from Service Management Request Contract :/ If i will find some workaround i will post it here.

​@CedSergiG I remember reading in some post that connecting NextGen Service Mgmt (Request Contract / Requests) to Projects is on the roadmap. But I’m not sure in whihc RU it is planned for. Maybe ​@Alexander Heinze knows more on this.

In 25R1 you can connect a Project Activity to a Request Scope, but not to a Request Contract.

• The ability to set Project connection identifiers to Request Contracts.

• The ability to set Project connection identifiers to Recurring Services.

Thank you, I was able to find there information about service projects and connection between work task and project but i was unable to find information about:

• The ability to set Project connection identifiers to Request Contracts.

• The ability to set Project connection identifiers to Recurring Services.
