What is the process for sending an email through FSM Smart client

Hi experts,

 

Is there any way to send email notification  in smart client through app params or through Business Rule


Hi Priti in the notification message screen you can create new message name and message subject and message from its relevant email ID if your company set up with IFS for all the notifications related and to what type of task based on your requirement.

Actually I am new to FSM so I do not know how to trigger email trough smart client and in notification message only Message from email ID is given and no message To email ID there so how this email can be fired .if you can provide the details it will be more helpful for me.

Please create a wildcard and add in distribution list to trigger in respected person mail id based on your condition.
