In IFS FSM6u16,
We would like to use a QR Code Scanner
When adding a Note - Holding down offers the option to “Scan Barcode”
This then asks the user to “Install Barcode Scannner” from Goodle Play
Selecting “Yes” results in Google Play Reporting that the App is not compatible with this version of Android.
How can we install an alternative BarCode \ QR Scanning app, or work around this?

In the latest versions of FSM, FSM android app uses android’s inbuilt BarCode \ QR Scanning libraries to avoid this exact problem. It would be great if you can update to the latest FSM version considering U16 is quite old.

Upgrading is in the pipeline and will be looking to do this hopefully by the end of the year. That said, I have no firm timeline for this as we have in the middle of transitioning from company ownership and IT resources are focussed elsewhere..
Hence the question, is there a workaround to this ?
