Hi Can someone please clarify if the Google Map works for FSM Web Client Schedule Board and Address Screen. and Geocoding.
The Reason is its not clear if the Google Maps are supported in the FSM Web Client . OR the customer will require to purchase the Bing map key as well.
Hi All, I am looking for some information around Google Maps in FSM.I am aware that Google Maps are supported in FSM but I cannot find any document which explains if there are any limitations in using google Maps. The concerning areas are :
Schedule Board (Web Client),
Geocoding ,
Address Screen( Web Client)
FSM Mobile.
Please can someone point me in right direction.

Dear
You can use either BING map provider key or GOOGLE map provider key for FSM smart client/webclient.
But based on the Map key that you have purchased, you need to change ‘128’ business rule based on the Map provide key that you have purchased.
Set the "Output (1) Geo Source" as following Map provide key as following. The value needs to be either 'google' or 'bing'.
Please check this business rule and configure this as per your requirement.
