Sometimes we are getting only evening slots when customer requested for get appointment. we have Moring, afternoon and evening appointment templates. for specific request we are sending all the appointment templates.
usually PSO will give 12 * 3 (Moring ,afternoon, evening) but below task it was fetched only evening slots
I have verified availability /Skills /shifts of the resources everything was fine. Half of the resources having evening shifts compare to Moring and afternoon. but still resource of available in Moring and afternoon too.
could please help me out how we can check why PSO gave only evening slots?
