When requesting slots through perform_threesixty_appt_request, getting the following error- "Row (task, ()) was changed after it was selected. Reselect and try again.\r\n"
Product Version: FSM 6 Update 27

Need urgent help.

Hi!

Please review following KBA:

Make sure to check the FSM Server Log with setting higher BR log levels to indicate which BR is causing this optimistic lock.
