I have logged in FSM smart client as well as mobile, after initialization, I gave Logout from Person record and I’m getting the below exception on screen. How to fix the below error.
Hi Preethi,
what was the last thing you did on this Person records? e.g. did you change the password or assigned a different license type? You can also try to login with a different user and set the other user as inactive. Afterwards set it to active again and try to login again.
