We have a requirement where we would need to generate PM tasks from contract (Monthly). After PM Generation, FSM creates  requests and tasks for the same for the entire year month by month. However, future PM tasks also get allocated immediately in PSO. How do we avoid this? Appreciate your responses.

Depending on your FSM scheduling app params set up, not all activities will go to PSO at once. There is logic built into FSM to ‘filter out’ any activities that do not have an overlapping SLA (Time commitment) with the scheduling window + appointment window. So if the SLA window doesn’t fall within the scheduling and appointment window, it should not be sent to PSO at all, regardless of other characteristics of the activity.

As an alternative, you could also look at creating a dummy team for activities to be assigned to, or have a separate status in FSM. Once the tasks need to be sent to PSO, you change the team to a relevant team and/or the correct status - manually or automatically in FSM.
