Hi,
We recently noticed an issue, whereby Attachments cretaed on the system, end up as a record with no File Path or BLOB data. As a result, the attachment is not useable. It happens frequently enough to be a concern, but also the majority of Attachments get created without any issue. Its just the occasional one.
Any clues as to what may cause this?
