Hi, currently we have Task Notes being copied up to Request Notes as a ‘Task History’ line code note, what mechanism or process controls this? i cant see a Business Rule or App Parameter that controls this behaviour. I need to add extra data to it (Original Text Block code used for eg). I could recreate this with a new Business Rule, but would need to turn the existing functionality off. Is this possible at all?
