It is probably best to raise this as a case from investigation as it relates to an error preventing running of the application rather than a how to or configuration question.
If you can locate it, it would be good to include the log file indicates in the error details on the case so that the support member that picks it up has all the relevant information from the start.
Which OS are you using when you are trying to launch the app? I’ve seen similar issues due to inbuilt security in OS’s such as Win2016 & Win 2012 R2 with latest windows updates.
