We are getting the below error while opening the Integration Run Log in the application :

Unrecognized Business Object 'Integration Routing Rule' and 'Integration references'.

Contact your System Administrator for assistance

Anyone has any idea how to resolve the issue

Did you do the recent changes in the environment such as upgrade activity?

I would start with checking the following:

 

  1. is FSM Connect installed and does it reflect the correct version in relation to FSM baseline server.  Login the FSM Smart Client, open the “About” window and click on details:
  2.  Check if FSM baseline meta data exists for table CUST_INT_ROUTING_RULE. Login FSM Smart Client as studio user and open FSM Meta Data screen and search for table “CUST_INT_ROUTING_RULE”. 
  3. Check if there is any custom meta data defined for table CUST_INT_ROUTING_RULE. if exists ensure there’s no value defined in field Table Namespace.
